Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NetTruth AI platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NetTruth AI provides a cloud-based network management platform for DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (IPAM) with integrated AI automation, discovery, and API synchronization capabilities. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to transmit viruses or malicious code, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to access it in violation of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your network data ingested into the Service complies with all applicable laws and your organization's policies.

6. Intellectual Property

NetTruth AI and its content, features, and functionality are owned by NetTruth AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all network data you provide to the Service. We grant you a limited license to use the platform to process and analyze your data. Upon termination, we will delete your data according to the terms of your subscription agreement.

8. Service Availability and SLA

We maintain a 99.99% uptime SLA for the platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and customer-caused outages are excluded from SLA calculations. For SLA credits, see your Service Level Agreement document.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetTruth AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be suspended at the end of the notice period, and your data will be deleted according to our Data Retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. NetTruth AI disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NetTruth AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service in violation of applicable law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NetTruth AI regarding your use of the Service. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

16. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. The failure of NetTruth AI to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
